Reha has been working at the cross_sections of social development and education sectors for over 12 years. She was born and brought up in India and got the opportunity to work in many cultures across countries. Reha feels strongly about the power of experiential education and has been engaged with youth for skill development, leadership building, employability and global citizenship.Reha has worked with several foundations and organisations leading design and delivery of value_based leadership programs in schools, universities and informal educational institutes. Most recently she led development of programs which taught life_skills and leadership to underserved children in Asia, using music, football and lego. Reha enjoys designing programs and workshops which bring together art_based and theatre_based practices for skill development.Reha is currently working with Generation as their Global Design Manager. Her focus is on designing employability skill programs for youth across countries. She is based out of Montreal in Canada.Reha completed her Masters from London School of Economics and Political Science with specialisation in Leadership Development and Cross Cultural Management. She enjoys star gazing, bird watching and cooking.

He is a retired Physics professor from IIT Delhi, He has a strong educational background and a vast teaching experience in the field of Physics. He had done M.Sc from BITS, Pilani in 1966 and PhD from IIT Delhi in 1973. He joined the faculty at IIT Delhi in 1978 and superannuated in 2011. He had, however, continued as an emeritus professor till 2014. In the meanwhile he had served as Director, Kamala Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur (U.P.) during 1998_1999. He has been a pioneer in Pediatric Cardiology in India. Dr. Vikas Kohli graduated in with 5 gold medals from the University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 1986. He subsequently finished his Pediatric training from PGIMER (Chandigarh). He completed his Pediatric Residency (USA) from the New York and trained in Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Miami. He subsequently practiced Pediatric Cardiology in Florida, USA. He gave up a lucrative career in USA and decided to pursue Pediatric Cardiology in India, he decided to leave a full_time job in any of the corporate hospitals in 2015. He had already initiated the CHF in 2012. He has been awarded Best Research in Pediatrics Award at the National Indian Academy of Pediatrics Conference 1991 &amp; at the University of Miami Best Research Award in 1996. He is a Fetal, Neonatal and Pediatric Cardiologist, established the Pediatric Cardiology Program at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in 2003 and subsequently initiated Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program His focus is Interventional Cardiology and Fetal Cardiology. He has performed several thousand device closures in children. The smallest babies he has performed an angioplasty is 1.1 kg. His dream is that every child needing heart treatment in India gets treatment on time. He is keen on quality care and on building systems to increase productivity
